(Immagine: zVg \/ Ricoh Europe)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I dipendenti delle piccole imprese in tutta Europa sono preoccupati di dover tornare in ufficio per necessit\u00e0, poich\u00e9 il lavoro a distanza non permetter\u00e0 loro di occuparsi adeguatamente dell'esperienza del cliente e della crescita del business. Questi risultati sono stati pubblicati da Ricoh Europe a seguito di un sondaggio su pi\u00f9 di 1400 impiegati sul tema del lavoro ibrido. Ben oltre la met\u00e0 (58 %) degli intervistati prevede di lavorare prevalentemente in ufficio una volta che le restrizioni di Covid 19 saranno revocate. Allo stesso tempo, temono ostacoli e colli di bottiglia in termini di metodi di lavoro dinamici necessari per i continui cambiamenti nelle richieste dei clienti, secondo altri risultati dell'indagine.<\/p>\n<h2>Molti processi obsoleti<\/h2>\n<p>Quasi la met\u00e0 (45 %) degli intervistati dice che sarebbe pi\u00f9 produttivo con meno lavoro amministrativo. Pratiche di lavoro ingombranti e obsolete impediscono alle piccole imprese di raggiungere migliori risultati di business perch\u00e9 la capacit\u00e0 dei loro team di fare upselling o nuovi modelli di business \u00e8 limitata. Oltre a queste opportunit\u00e0 perse, anche la creativit\u00e0, la motivazione e la soddisfazione sul lavoro sono influenzate dall'inevitabile elaborazione di noiosi compiti di routine.<\/p>\n<p>Il carico di lavoro \u00e8 un fattore chiave nella percezione che il ritorno in ufficio sia inevitabile. Questo \u00e8 aggravato da una mancanza di strumenti di lavoro a distanza per le attivit\u00e0 a valore aggiunto e da investimenti insufficienti nei processi automatizzati. 40 % dei lavoratori hanno difficolt\u00e0 ad accedere a dati e informazioni nei sistemi aziendali quando lavorano in remoto, che sarebbero necessari per servire meglio i clienti. Questo porta a limitazioni in una caratteristica tipica delle piccole imprese: un servizio veloce, conveniente e personalizzato. I beneficiari potrebbero essere i concorrenti pi\u00f9 grandi i cui team di solito hanno un accesso diretto a tutti i dati necessari per ottimizzare l'esperienza del cliente.<\/p>\n<h2>Pi\u00f9 produttivo con il lavoro remoto o ibrido<\/h2>\n<p>La met\u00e0 degli intervistati (51 %) crede che i processi automatizzati siano davvero una via d'uscita. Non solo aggiungerebbero valore all'esperienza lavorativa, ma potrebbero anche trattenere meglio i venditori e altri talenti che spesso rappresentano l'azienda all'esterno. Infatti, un quarto (25 %) degli intervistati sta considerando di passare a un datore di lavoro che supporta meglio il lavoro a distanza. L'automazione dei processi chiave gioverebbe anche alle iniziative di coinvolgimento dei clienti e aiuterebbe le piccole imprese a migliorare il loro profilo digitale.<\/p>\n<p>David Mills, CEO di Ricoh Europe, spiega: \"Le piccole imprese possono non avere il budget o addirittura la necessit\u00e0 di aggiornare completamente le loro tecnologie. Ma anche investimenti moderati possono avere un impatto significativo e immediato - per esempio, la capacit\u00e0 di accedere ai file in remoto. Comprensibilmente, molte piccole imprese non hanno le competenze necessarie per ottenere risparmi cruciali sui costi attraverso un'efficiente automazione dei processi.
