Tra le altre cose, richiede che entrambi i generi siano rappresentati da almeno il 30 per cento nei consigli di amministrazione delle societ\u00e0 quotate e da almeno il 20 per cento nei consigli esecutivi. Un totale di circa 200 aziende in Svizzera sono colpite. Se i parametri di genere non sono rispettati, le aziende interessate devono giustificare la loro posizione nella relazione sulle retribuzioni e spiegare quali misure intendono adottare per migliorare la situazione. Tuttavia, non devono temere alcuna sanzione - e questo \u00e8 particolarmente criticato dalle femministe.<\/p>\n<h2>Dieci grandi aziende con una funzione esemplare<\/h2>\n<p>Ma qual \u00e8 la situazione reale della parit\u00e0 di genere nelle aziende svizzere quotate in borsa? Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che il Diversity Report Switzerland, pubblicato per la seconda volta, ha indagato. Il sondaggio completo, pubblicato da GetDiversity GmbH con il sostegno di EXPERTsuisse e della rivista Swiss Ladies Drive, ha compilato la composizione di 231 consigli direttivi e 7656 consigli di amministrazione.<\/p>\n<p>Questa volta, un'attenzione particolare \u00e8 stata rivolta alle dieci pi\u00f9 grandi aziende della Svizzera che, con un totale di oltre un milione di dipendenti, fungono anche da modello in termini di politica delle risorse umane. Con una quota di donne di oltre 30 % nel consiglio di amministrazione, pi\u00f9 di 20 % nel comitato esecutivo e pi\u00f9 di 30 % tra i firmatari autorizzati, Zurich Insurance Group \u00e8 in cima alla lista dei primi dieci. Altre aziende ai primi posti sono UBS e Nestl\u00e9, anche loro con 30 donne % nei loro consigli di amministrazione, e Lafarge Holcim, ABB e Roche con oltre 20 donne % nei loro consigli di amministrazione. Questo significa che tutti insieme sono gi\u00e0 vicini ai requisiti legali.<\/p>\n<h2>Dove i benchmark di genere sono soddisfatti<\/h2>\n<p>Questo si confronta con 83 delle 231 societ\u00e0 quotate nelle borse svizzere (36 %) con consigli di amministrazione interamente maschili, 134 (58 %) senza una sola donna nel comitato esecutivo e 51 (22%) senza alcuna donna come firmataria autorizzata. Quindi c'\u00e8 ancora un po' di strada da fare per le 231 societ\u00e0 quotate prima di soddisfare i requisiti legali. Lo stesso vale per tutte le aziende analizzate. Delle 7.656 societ\u00e0 per azioni analizzate, 4.908 (64 %) non hanno donne nel loro consiglio di amministrazione. Ma anche l\u00ec, c'\u00e8 ancora molta strada da fare prima di raggiungere i parametri di genere.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Non si tratta solo di linee guida di genere<\/h2>\n<p>Tuttavia: i benchmark di genere non si riferiscono solo alla quota di donne nei consigli esecutivi e nei consigli di amministrazione. Si applicano anche agli uomini. Il Dr. Marius Klauser, amministratore delegato di EXPERTsuisse, lo dice chiaramente in un'intervista. Le autrici del Diversity Report Switzerland, Esther-Mirjam de Boer e Carla Kaufmann, co-CEO di GetDiversity, vogliono quindi contrastare l'idea errata che si tratti sempre e solo di promuovere le donne. Si tratta di aziende che hanno una rappresentanza di genere di 50 % donne e 50 % uomini nel consiglio di amministrazione e tra i firmatari autorizzati, motivo per cui il Diversity Report Switzerland 2021 le designa come \"Diversity Champions\". Queste aziende includono, tra le altre<\/p>\n<p>rispetto alle aziende con pi\u00f9 di 500 dipendenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peter Steiner Holding AG, Zurigo,<\/li>\n<li>YX Magnetic SA, Sierre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>come le aziende pi\u00f9 antiche, registrate nell'HR nel 1883:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotel Europe Davos AG, Davos,<\/li>\n<li>Effingermedien AG, Brugg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>come le aziende con sei membri femminili del consiglio di amministrazione ciascuno e i team di consiglio pi\u00f9 grandi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Groupe M\u00e9dical de Versoix SA, Versoix<\/li>\n<li>Valmont Group Holding SA, Ginevra<\/li>\n<li>EF Education First AG, Zurigo<\/li>\n<li>Montanstahl SA, Stabio<\/li>\n<li>Informaticon AG, Frutigen<\/li>\n<li>Alters- und Pflegezentrum Au AG, Steinenn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Diversit\u00e0 invece di inbreeding <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Qual \u00e8 il contrario della diversit\u00e0? O, per dirla in un altro modo: perch\u00e9 queste \"tirate\" per una buona mescolanza? Perch\u00e9 la diversit\u00e0 rende le aziende pi\u00f9 competitive e resistenti? \"In natura, la risposta \u00e8 chiara.
