(Immagine: zVg \/ IFIDZ)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Molte aziende sono attualmente confrontate con il desiderio di una parte dei loro dipendenti di lavorare nell'home office anche dopo il \"blocco\" legato alla corona e stanno cercando di conformarsi a questo. Pertanto, i loro manager si trovano sempre pi\u00f9 di fronte alla sfida di guidare i cosiddetti team ibridi - team in cui una parte dei dipendenti continua a lavorare in azienda mentre un'altra parte lavora nell'home office o in un altro luogo di loro scelta. Ecco perch\u00e9 l'Institute for Executives in the Digital Age (IFIDZ) di Francoforte ha deciso di dedicare il suo attuale Leadership Trend Barometer alla domanda: \"Dal suo punto di vista, quali sono le maggiori sfide nel condurre team ibridi?\" 159 manager hanno partecipato al sondaggio online. Mezzo anno fa, l'IFIDZ aveva gi\u00e0 realizzato un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/leadership-trendbarometer-fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-corona-krise-eine-renaissance\/\">studio simile<\/a> che ha evidenziato i cambiamenti nella cultura della leadership sulla scia del Pandemei di Corona.<\/p>\n<h2>Solo il 16% dei manager teme la perdita di controllo<\/h2>\n<p>Il primo aspetto che colpisce dei risultati del sondaggio \u00e8 che la maggioranza dei manager non sembra temere che la performance del team soffra come risultato del lavoro in team ibridi. Per esempio, solo il 15 per cento vede il pericolo che la motivazione dei dipendenti diminuisca come risultato, e solo il 13 per cento vede il pericolo che l'orientamento agli obiettivi sul lavoro ne risenta. E solo il 9% teme o ha sperimentato che questo ha un impatto negativo sulla qualit\u00e0 del lavoro. Secondo Barbara Liebermeister, direttrice dell'IFIDZ, la maggior parte dei manager sembra essere rilassata riguardo alla decisione finale sulla misura in cui i loro dipendenti lavoreranno in azienda o a casa in futuro - almeno per quanto riguarda il rendimento del loro reparto. (Immagine: zVg \/ IFIDZ)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Il barometro delle tendenze della leadership mostra le sfide del lavoro ibrido<\/h2>\n<p>Allo stesso tempo, per\u00f2, si nota che - probabilmente anche a causa delle esperienze dell'anno scorso - la maggioranza dei manager non vede il lavoro in team ibridi attraverso \"occhiali rosa\". Piuttosto, secondo Liebermeister, vedono le due facce della medaglia. Cos\u00ec, solo il 9% \u00e8 d'accordo con l'affermazione \"Non vedo pericoli, solo opportunit\u00e0\" nel lavorare in team ibridi. Per quasi due terzi dei manager intervistati, c'\u00e8 il pericolo con questa forma di cooperazione, per esempio, che i singoli dipendenti si sentano isolati. Inoltre, il 54% vede il pericolo che l'identificazione con la squadra diminuisca.
