Alla cerimonia degli \"Oscar dei consulenti di gestione\" di quest'anno, il 28 giugno a Zurigo, la Pfyffer Schmid Organisationsentwicklung GmbH \u00e8 stata nominata vincitrice nella categoria delle boutique di consulenza (1-9 dipendenti). Il premio \u00e8 andato al progetto di fusione dei due uffici di ingegneria civile del cantone e della citt\u00e0 di Sciaffusa in un centro di competenza comune.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ampio sostegno politico e interno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 stato approvato dal popolo nel novembre 2015 con quasi il 70% a favore. Ha anche goduto di un alto livello di accettazione interna tra i manager e gli impiegati - sebbene abbia anche portato a riduzioni del personale. Nel luglio 2016, la cerimonia di posa della prima pietra per il nuovo edificio del deposito comune avr\u00e0 luogo. Nella nuova organizzazione nella nuova sede, i servizi precedenti possono essere mantenuti e in alcuni casi anche migliorati con un uso ridotto di risorse. Sfruttando le sinergie, il progetto generer\u00e0 un risparmio annuo ricorrente di 1,3 milioni di franchi. Il trasferimento dell'area del deposito comunale in periferia liberer\u00e0 inoltre un terreno in posizione centrale per un uso residenziale di qualit\u00e0 superiore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La leadership cooperativa come chiave del successo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pfyffer Schmid ha scelto un approccio collaborativo - e ha sviluppato la sceneggiatura della trasformazione insieme al cliente. Nella fase di pianificazione e implementazione, hanno facilitato i workshop e gli incontri critici. In ogni caso, il contenuto \u00e8 stato preparato in un core team snello e poi discusso e finalizzato in ampi workshop con tutti i manager. Dal punto di vista di Dieter Schmid, il capo del mandato, questo ha portato al successo: \"Attraverso il coinvolgimento precoce di tutti i partecipanti e la gestione cooperativa delle questioni, siamo stati in grado di trovare soluzioni praticabili. Questo non sarebbe stato possibile in un classico processo top-down\".
