Secondo una nuova valutazione dell'Istituto per Giovani Imprenditori IFJ, il boom della formazione di imprese continua nonostante la pandemia di Corona, che non \u00e8 ancora stata superata. La scena svizzera delle start-up \u00e8 di buon umore e guarda al futuro con molta fiducia, secondo la valutazione dell'IFJ.<\/p>\n

Dove \u00e8 maggiore il boom della formazione di societ\u00e0?<\/h2>\n

La maggior parte delle nuove fondazioni ha avuto luogo nei cantoni di Zurigo (4.638), Vaud (2.473), Berna (2.471) e Ginevra con 2.173 nuove registrazioni. Questi quattro cantoni rappresentano quasi la met\u00e0 di tutte le nuove fondazioni in tutta la Svizzera. Rispetto all'anno precedente, il cantone di Sciaffusa \u00e8 uno dei maggiori guadagnatori percentuali; ha registrato un aumento di un notevole +63,7% rispetto al semestre precedente, seguito da Zugo con +40,3%, Uri con +32,7% e Berna con un aumento di +31,6%. Tranne Appenzello Interno (-19,4%) e Obvaldo (-9,2%), tutti i cantoni hanno registrato una crescita positiva.<\/p>\n

Confronto degli ultimi 10 semestri<\/h2>\n

Dopo i leggeri cali del 2012 e del 2015, l'ufficio del registro di commercio ha registrato un aumento costante delle nuove registrazioni fino al 2020. Nella prima met\u00e0 del 2020, le nuove registrazioni sono temporaneamente crollate a causa delle misure Covid 19. In media, 22.010 nuove imprese sono state registrate per semestre negli ultimi 10 anni. L'attuale semestre 2021 mostra un notevole aumento di 20% rispetto alla media decennale con 26'387 nuove registrazioni.<\/p>\n

Forme legali a confronto<\/h2>\n

In Svizzera, nel primo semestre dell'anno in corso sono state fondate 10.024 nuove societ\u00e0 a responsabilit\u00e0 limitata (GmbH), il che corrisponde a una crescita di +18,5%. Seguono la ditta individuale con 8.743 nuove registrazioni (+21%), la societ\u00e0 anonima (AG) con 5.212 nuove registrazioni (+25%) e la societ\u00e0 in nome collettivo con 800 registrazioni (+21,8%).<\/p>\n

Start-up secondo i settori<\/h2>\n

In termini di fondazioni aziendali per settore, tutti i settori tranne due hanno stabilito accenti positivi rispetto all'anno precedente. I primi tre settori in crescita includono Altri servizi (compresa la produzione di video, la fotografia, il facility management, l'orticoltura) con +69%, Agricoltura e silvicoltura (+59,7%), e Commercio al dettaglio con +42,8%. I cali pi\u00f9 forti in termini percentuali sono stati registrati nei settori del trasporto e della logistica (-3,5%) e dell'alta tecnologia (-1,6%).<\/p>\n
