Il profitto potrebbe essere aumentato: Esso ammonta a circa 11 milioni di franchi svizzeri rispetto ai 10,5 milioni dell'anno precedente. Un pi\u00f9 6,3 per cento \u00e8 stato registrato anche nei prestiti ipotecari. Ammontano a pi\u00f9 di 4,1 miliardi di franchi. Il totale del bilancio \u00e8 di 5,87 miliardi di franchi, che \u00e8 il 2,9 per cento in pi\u00f9 rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno scorso. Secondo il CEO Bruno Stiegeler, la crescita sul lato del credito \u00e8 avvenuta nonostante una politica di finanziamento molto conservativa. \"Continuiamo a ridurre i rischi e a perseguire una politica prudente di accantonamento e di aggiustamento del valore\", ha commentato. La banca WIR aumenta anche i depositi dei clienti del 3,0 per cento a 4,2 miliardi di CHF\/CHW secondo i risultati del semestre 2021.<\/p>\n<h2>Profitto sui titoli<\/h2>\n<p>Anche la base di capitale di Bank WIR supera di gran lunga i requisiti normativi, annuncia inoltre l'istituto finanziario. Misurato rispetto ai requisiti di adeguatezza patrimoniale secondo Basilea III, il BIS ratio al 30 giugno \u00e8 del 16% (obiettivo regolamentare: 11,2%), il leverage ratio \u00e8 dell'8,1% (obiettivo regolamentare: 3%). Questa sicurezza e stabilit\u00e0 si riflette anche nella fiducia dei fornitori di capitale, continua la dichiarazione. L'azione ordinaria della Banca WIR \u00e8 aumentata di 26 franchi o del 6,5 per cento dall'inizio dell'anno (pi\u00f9 la distribuzione di dividendi di 10,25 franchi). La performance dell'anno precedente dell'8,4 per cento era gi\u00e0 impressionante.<\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 i mercati si sono sviluppati favorevolmente, anche il risultato commerciale di Bank WIR \u00e8 positivo. Dopo una perdita nello stesso periodo dell'anno scorso, l'istituto finanziario ha registrato un utile di 9,8 milioni di franchi a met\u00e0 del 2021. \"Investiamo tradizionalmente e consapevolmente una parte della nostra solida base di fondi propri in titoli che sono ampiamente diversificati sotto tutti gli aspetti - naturalmente con una chiara attenzione ai titoli svizzeri di prima classe\", spiega Mathias Thurneysen, CFO di Bank WIR.<\/p>\n<h2>Quasi nessun impatto della crisi Covid sul risultato semestrale<\/h2>\n<p>Il risultato operativo \u00e8 caratterizzato da una forte attivit\u00e0 di interessi. Il reddito lordo da interessi \u00e8 aumentato di 1,7 milioni a 33,5 milioni di franchi svizzeri (+5,5 per cento). \"In un ambiente di tassi d'interesse ancora difficile, il margine potrebbe essere mantenuto e il reddito ampliato\", dice con soddisfazione il CEO Stiegeler. Il reddito dell'attivit\u00e0 di commissione con la valuta complementare WIR \u00e8 diminuito di 1 milione di CHF. C'\u00e8 una buona ragione per questo: \"Sullo sfondo della crisi Covid e del relativo blocco, che ha colpito diversi settori con piena forza, abbiamo deliberatamente calcolato una riduzione una tantum delle entrate. Nel corso della campagna #zusammenstark di grande successo per le vendite aggiuntive WIR, abbiamo rinunciato alla met\u00e0 del contributo di rete per sei mesi\", spiega Stiegeler. \"Questo importo sostanziale \u00e8 andato direttamente a beneficio delle PMI\".<\/p>\n<h2>Sulla strada del successo con la digitalizzazione<\/h2>\n<p>La banca WIR continua ad andare all'attacco in termini di digitalizzazione. La prima soluzione pensionistica completamente digitale (VIAC) \u00e8 stata lanciata nel 2017. Questo \u00e8 un percorso di successo: VIAC conta attualmente circa 51'000 clienti (anno precedente: 28'000) con un patrimonio in gestione di circa 1,4 miliardi di franchi (anno precedente: 500 milioni di franchi).
