Non conosciamo solo il fenomeno degli \"influencer\" dai social media. I leader influenti hanno sempre avuto un numero considerevole di \"seguaci\". Ma si tratta di qualcosa di molto semplice che \u00e8 rilevante per chiunque voglia influenzare gli altri in qualsiasi modo: si tratta di influenzare gli altri in modo che ti seguano volentieri e di propria volont\u00e0. Se riesci a farlo, puoi spostare le proverbiali montagne.<\/p>\n

A proposito, questo non ha niente a che vedere con la \"cieca fedelt\u00e0\". Al contrario: pi\u00f9 la tua gente ti mette criticamente in discussione e ti sfida, maggiore sar\u00e0 la tua influenza - a patto che tu sia disposto ad accettare le sfide e ad affrontare le critiche.<\/p>\n

I leader vengono sempre da me con la domanda perch\u00e9 la gente non li segue abbastanza: \"Perch\u00e9 non fai quello che abbiamo concordato? Perch\u00e9 non metti in pratica le cose come ti ho detto?\". Ecco i tre motivi principali della mia esperienza per cui le persone non ti seguono:<\/p>\n

  1. Diffondono l'insicurezza. Avevo gi\u00e0 trattato questo in dettaglio altrove. Molti leader diffondono l'insicurezza tra gli altri attraverso la loro mancanza di chiarezza. La chiarezza nella comunicazione \u00e8 spesso drasticamente sopravvalutata. Ci\u00f2 che sembra chiaro a voi pu\u00f2 essere completamente poco chiaro ad altri. Nessuno vuole seguire qualcuno che non capisce.<\/li>\n
  2. La fiducia \u00e8 troppo bassa. Certo che lo sai: se devi seguire qualcuno, devi fidarti della persona in una certa misura. Maggiore \u00e8 la fiducia, pi\u00f9 facile \u00e8 la leadership. Ma ci\u00f2 che spesso non viene preso in considerazione: Per potersi fidare pienamente di se stessi, bisogna conoscersi il pi\u00f9 possibile ed essere in grado di valutarsi. Questo richiede azioni che sono al di fuori dei normali processi di lavoro.<\/li>\n
  3. Non ce n'\u00e8 bisogno. Questo pu\u00f2 sorprendere, ma se non vedi una buona ragione per seguire un'altra persona, non lo farai. Quindi se gli altri non capiscono la necessit\u00e0 della vostra leadership, sar\u00e0 difficile per voi. La buona notizia \u00e8 che puoi creare consapevolmente questo bisogno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Se inverti questi tre punti, hai un'ottima possibilit\u00e0 che altre persone saranno molto felici di seguirti, il che aumenter\u00e0 la tua influenza.<\/p>\n
