(Sage Infographic)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>I giovani imprenditori sono guidati da un desiderio di indipendenza, una fede nel cambiamento sociale e un impegno per la soddisfazione dei dipendenti. Lo studio mostra come la generazione ambiziosa \u00e8 corteggiata, impegnata e coinvolta negli affari. Alcuni risultati in dettaglio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>61% rinunciano al profitto per rimanere fedeli ai loro valori - anche 78% in Sud Africa, 71% negli Stati Uniti e 72% a Singapore.<\/li>\n<li>66% dicono che la vita ha la precedenza sul lavoro, con le maggiori differenze in Spagna (79% contro 21%), Portogallo (75% contro 25%), Svizzera e Francia (65% contro 35%).<\/li>\n<li>Un terzo degli intervistati (34%) \u00e8 spinto dal desiderio di prendere il controllo del proprio destino piuttosto che dal desiderio di guadagnare soldi (21%).<\/li>\n<li>L'azione sociale \u00e8 particolarmente importante per gli intervistati in Sudafrica (80%) e in Brasile (81%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questi risultati provengono dal rapporto Walk With Me di Sage, che ha esaminato i tratti, i comportamenti e le attitudini della generazione Y in tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 tipi di personalit\u00e0 identificati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contrariamente alle generalizzazioni comuni sul comportamento di questa generazione, lo studio mostra che i giovani imprenditori hanno diverse caratteristiche che permettono di dividerli in cinque diversi tipi di personalit\u00e0 legati al posto di lavoro. Come mostra lo studio, The Real Worlders e The Thrill Seekers sono pi\u00f9 diffusi tra i giovani imprenditori in Svizzera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I pianificatori di principio - molto metodici nel loro approccio, amano pianificare attentamente il successo.
