Tra le altre cose, i seguenti progetti rientrano nella strategia: campagna di sensibilizzazione \"Compatibilit\u00e0 tra lavoro e vita privata\", lavoro mobile, implementazione di carriere specializzate, focus su \"Rischi psicosociali nella gestione della salute sul lavoro\". Per questo motivo, secondo un rapporto del novembre 2015, l'amministrazione federale si \u00e8 astenuta dall'adottare ulteriori misure a livello nazionale.<\/p>\n<p>Sulla base dei risultati dello \"Staff Survey 2014\", le unit\u00e0 amministrative hanno gi\u00e0 avviato l'attuazione di un gran numero di misure specifiche della divisione, come l'introduzione di un monitoraggio delle conoscenze, una newsletter periodica o una politica di e-mail.
