(Immagine: Green Chameleon su Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Globalizzazione, digitalizzazione o intelligenza artificiale: anche se gli effetti a lungo termine sul mercato del lavoro non sono completamente prevedibili, nei prossimi anni emergeranno nuovi lavori con nuovi requisiti.<\/p>\n<h2>Riqualificazione piuttosto che formazione continua<\/h2>\n<p>Oggi, tuttavia, solo 44% dei dipendenti svizzeri si stanno adeguando a questi nuovi requisiti, un dato nettamente inferiore alla media globale di 65%. L'indagine dimostra che c'\u00e8 ancora bisogno di un'azione da parte del mondo economico e politico per promuovere l'apprendimento permanente\", afferma Daniel Kessler, responsabile per la Svizzera della BCG.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5992\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Schweizer-investieren-wenig-Zeit-in-Weiterbildung-dafuer-mehr-in-Umschulung-2_Organisator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"462\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Grande disponibilit\u00e0 alla riqualificazione completa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tuttavia, quando si tratta di acquisire nuove competenze per un lavoro completamente diverso, gli svizzeri sono in vantaggio: 69% sarebbero disposti a riqualificarsi per rispondere ai nuovi requisiti. In questo caso ci sono chiare differenze tra i gruppi occupazionali: Mentre le persone provenienti dai settori delle vendite (78%), della gestione (77%) e della consulenza (75%) mostrano un'elevata disponibilit\u00e0 a farlo, i professionisti del settore scientifico e della ricerca (59%), dei servizi sociali (57%) e degli avvocati (57%) sono significativamente meno disposti ad accettare un lavoro completamente nuovo. \"Alcuni gruppi professionali sono molto pi\u00f9 colpiti dalla digitalizzazione e devono mostrare una maggiore flessibilit\u00e0. La disponibilit\u00e0 all'apprendimento continuo \u00e8 quindi centrale\", afferma Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud AG.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Impatto delle nuove tecnologie e della globalizzazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I dipendenti svizzeri si sentono leggermente meno colpiti dalle nuove tecnologie e dalla globalizzazione in un confronto internazionale. Quasi la met\u00e0 (46%) si aspetta un forte impatto personale dalla tecnologia (49% media globale) e 41% dalla globalizzazione (45% media globale).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quali competenze saranno richieste in futuro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C'\u00e8 un punto su cui tutti i lavoratori dei vari Paesi sono d'accordo: per rispondere con successo alle esigenze della crescente globalizzazione e automazione, le capacit\u00e0 di comunicazione sono di gran lunga le competenze pi\u00f9 importanti che i lavoratori qualificati dovranno possedere in futuro.
