Come dovrebbero reagire le aziende a un ambiente in rapido cambiamento? Come fa un'azienda a organizzarsi in modo ottimale per stare al passo con il cambiamento e sopravvivere nella competizione con gli altri? Le nuove forme organizzative significano anche che i capi devono ripensare il loro ruolo di leadership e i dipendenti il loro ruolo, in modo che nascano nuove forme di cooperazione. \"Organizzazione agile\" - questa \u00e8 la risposta pi\u00f9 frequente al momento. Questo significa: Massima auto-organizzazione e auto-responsabilit\u00e0, invece di agire su istruzioni. Lontano dalla rigida gerarchia e dal pensiero a silos, verso un processo decisionale e un'azione imprenditoriale a tutti i livelli.<\/p>\n<h2>\"Addio capo\" in pratica<\/h2>\n<p>Anne Bickel dell'organizzazione di sviluppo Swisscontact ha supervisionato e seguito questo processo nella sua istituzione per un buon anno. Lei sa quanto sia impegnativo un tale cambiamento, poich\u00e9 mette i manager in particolare di fronte a una nuova situazione che \u00e8 rapidamente accompagnata dalla sensazione che i precedenti schemi di routine non funzionano pi\u00f9 in un'organizzazione agile. Ma anche i subordinati si sentono spesso insicuri quando devono prendere decisioni da soli: \"Posso farlo senza chiedere a un superiore? Questo richiede coraggio e la volont\u00e0 di assumersi la responsabilit\u00e0. Tali processi di cambiamento non possono essere implementati da un giorno all'altro, ha mostrato Anne Bickel in modo impressionante nella sua relazione. Solo con una grande apertura di tutte le persone coinvolte per questa riorganizzazione il cambiamento pu\u00f2 avere successo. Le aspettative su come questi compiti devono essere adempiuti occupano un posto importante in molte discussioni. In Swisscontact, la funzione di coach di ruolo in ogni unit\u00e0 organizzativa \u00e8 stata creata appositamente per questo scopo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>I dipendenti hanno bisogno di sicurezza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Come coach, Hartmut Kretschmer sostiene le aziende in queste trasformazioni e fa un'autocritica sulla sua stessa professione. Molti allenatori possono presentare le nuove forme organizzative come molto allettanti in teoria. In pratica, per\u00f2, \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 impegnativo accompagnare i dipendenti. Oltre alle responsabilit\u00e0 di ruolo, devono essere chiarite le questioni relative alla comprensione e alla comunicazione della squadra. \u00c8 particolarmente importante soddisfare il bisogno di identit\u00e0 e sicurezza dei dipendenti.<\/p>\n<h2>La strategia agile non \u00e8 di base<\/h2>\n<p>Ogni azienda deve ora tagliare la sua organizzazione per diventare \"agile\"? - Bickel riconosce un grande aumento di valore nella collaborazione basata sui ruoli, sia in termini di efficienza che di gestione delle risorse umane. Kretschmer \u00e8 anche convinto che le aziende che non integrano i principi delle nuove forme di leadership rimarranno indietro. Tuttavia, entrambi vedono anche dei limiti: Una struttura organizzativa basata sui ruoli con poca o nessuna gerarchia non pu\u00f2 essere implementata altrettanto bene ovunque. E non pu\u00f2 essere applicato a tutte le dimensioni dell'azienda. Sembra consigliabile implementare forme agili nelle piccole aziende nel loro insieme e nelle grandi aziende in specifiche aree organizzative. E: una strategia agile non \u00e8 un approccio dal basso.
