O la propria azienda viene attaccata sui social media? I manager si trovano spesso di fronte a domande difficili. Se sono in perdita, possono ora rivolgersi alla prima Leadership Hotline\u00ae in Svizzera: Chiamando lo 071 523 88 88, possono ottenere consigli su vari argomenti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Piccole aziende - grandi problemi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Leadership Hotline\u00ae \u00e8 stata lanciata ufficialmente il 7 luglio 2016 con un \"kick-off event\". Da quella data, questo servizio \u00e8 disponibile - soprattutto per le PMI. Per loro, il cambiamento delle condizioni quadro - politiche, economiche, sociali, tecnologiche, normative o ecologiche - ha un impatto diretto, come ha spiegato il dottor Urs Frey dell'Istituto PMI della HSG in una presentazione ospite. Le PMI, specialmente la \"grande massa\" delle micro-imprese con meno di 10 dipendenti, raramente hanno risorse sufficienti per risolvere da sole i problemi pi\u00f9 gravi - con le relative conseguenze che alla fine possono svilupparsi in modo drammatico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il bisogno dimostrato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Leadership Hotline\u00ae \u00e8 stata avviata e sviluppata dai consulenti di management Guido Kriech e Bettina Osterwalder della Svizzera orientale. Nel loro lavoro, entrambi hanno ripetutamente incontrato situazioni in cui si trattava in definitiva di qualcosa di pi\u00f9 del semplice sviluppo di strategie aziendali, cio\u00e8 di problemi di leadership pi\u00f9 profondi. Nel nostro lavoro abbiamo scoperto che c'\u00e8 bisogno di un intervento rapido nei problemi acuti di leadership\", dice Guido Kriech. \"Gli errori di leadership hanno conseguenze inimmaginabili - in termini di salute e gestione aziendale. E mancano concetti di prevenzione adeguati. Vogliamo colmare questa lacuna con la Leadership Hotline\u00ae\". Guido Kriech, \"KMU-Beratung-Kriech\" di San Gallo, e Bettina Osterwalder, \"BO-Consulting\" di Wil, gestiscono la hotline dal punto di vista amministrativo e del personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooperazione con partner specializzati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al fine di coprire l'intera gamma di domande possibili, la Leadership Hotline\u00ae collabora con diversi partner specializzati. La hotline serve come primo punto di contatto per un problema. Se il personale della hotline non pu\u00f2 risolvere direttamente il problema, indirizza il chiamante a specialisti che possono aiutarlo: Nel caso di un rischio di suicidio, per esempio, si fa riferimento a specialisti medici, nel caso di un'imminente mancanza di liquidit\u00e0, un consulente finanziario aiuta, e nel caso di un attacco dei social media, un professionista della comunicazione. Il numero di telefono risponde anche a domande generali sulla leadership, cos\u00ec come a domande sul diritto del lavoro e dei contratti e su questioni di marketing. In breve: la Leadership Hotline\u00ae \u00e8 il numero giusto per tutte le domande che riguardano i leader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disponibile su abbonamento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sono previsti vari modelli di abbonamento per i clienti, che includono un certo numero di chiamate per un importo fisso. La prima chiamata \u00e8 sempre gratuita. Una chiamata una tantum con una prima consultazione immediata costa 50 franchi.
