(Immagine: depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>1001 intervistati della popolazione residente in Svizzera stimano la proporzione di dipendenti fedeli a 65% e quella di datori di lavoro fedeli a 59%. \u00c8 interessante notare che i dipendenti si vedono pi\u00f9 solidali con il loro datore di lavoro che non viceversa. Pi\u00f9 i dipendenti sono giovani, meno pronunciata \u00e8 la loro lealt\u00e0 verso l'azienda. I lavoratori che guadagnano meno si considerano pi\u00f9 leali dei dipendenti con redditi pi\u00f9 alti. Queste sono le affermazioni principali di un sondaggio rappresentativo condotto da Demoscope per conto di Employees Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gli anziani e i lavoratori a basso reddito sono pi\u00f9 fedeli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La percezione della propria lealt\u00e0 come persona privata e sul lavoro non \u00e8 molto diversa. La lealt\u00e0 verso i colleghi di lavoro, i capi e i clienti \u00e8 leggermente pi\u00f9 alta (71%) che verso l'azienda o i prodotti e servizi che si producono o forniscono (68% e 65% rispettivamente).<\/p>\n<p>I lavoratori pi\u00f9 giovani (dai 15 ai 34 anni) si considerano significativamente meno leali al lavoro rispetto alla generazione pi\u00f9 anziana. Il contrario \u00e8 vero per il reddito. I lavoratori a basso reddito (guadagni lordi fino a 5.000 franchi svizzeri) sono pi\u00f9 fedeli all'azienda per cui lavorano rispetto ai dipendenti con redditi pi\u00f9 alti.<\/p>\n<p>La lealt\u00e0 mostrata ai dipendenti dal loro datore di lavoro \u00e8 valutata molto pi\u00f9 bassa. Solo 48% degli intervistati hanno risposto con \"molto leale\" e 42% con \"piuttosto leale\". Ben 8% percepiscono la loro azienda come \"piuttosto non leale\". Il livello di accordo \u00e8 significativamente pi\u00f9 alto tra i senior e i middle manager che tra gli specialisti o gli impiegati senza una funzione manageriale. - I dipendenti che considerano la loro azienda come leale si comportano anche loro stessi in modo pi\u00f9 leale.<\/p>\n<p>52% hanno detto di aver parlato del loro datore di lavoro nella loro vita privata. Inoltre, 18% ammettono di aver preso materiale sul lavoro per scopi privati. 8% lavora molto lentamente al lavoro per lunghi periodi di tempo e 4% imbroglia sugli straordinari o sul calcolo degli orari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I datori di lavoro dovrebbero fare di pi\u00f9 per la fedelt\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tra gli intervistati, solo pochi ammettono di aver commesso \"atti sleali\" sul lavoro. 18% ammettono di aver rubato materiale per scopi privati, 8% di aver \"barato\" per un periodo di tempo pi\u00f9 lungo e 4% di aver barato nella registrazione delle ore di lavoro. Tuttavia, pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 (52%) confermano di aver \"spettegolato\" sul loro datore di lavoro nel loro ambiente privato.<\/p>\n<p>L'indagine mostra che i dipendenti pi\u00f9 giovani e gli specialisti (professionisti senza funzioni direttive) in particolare sono meno fedeli. \"Deve essere nell'interesse delle aziende\", dice Stefan Studer, direttore generale di Angestellten Schweiz, \"ottenere pi\u00f9 fedelt\u00e0 tra questi due gruppi\". \"Se vuoi dipendenti fedeli\", dice Studer, \"devi essere leale con loro, perch\u00e9 la lealt\u00e0 \u00e8 il risultato di un'interazione\".
