(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le persone che vogliono rientrare nel mercato del lavoro dopo un'assenza prolungata spesso hanno difficolt\u00e0 a trovare un lavoro. \"Una lacuna nel CV \u00e8 ancora percepita come un grande ostacolo quando si cerca un lavoro\", dice Evelin Bermudez, esperta di rimpatrio all'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate e Arti di Lucerna. Il team di ricerca, composto da Evelin Bermudez, Dr. Anina Hille, Prof. Dr. Gabrielle Wanzenried e Prof. Dr. Yvonne Seiler Zimmermann, ha studiato quali sfide sono particolarmente grandi per coloro che rientrano nel mercato del lavoro e come le loro possibilit\u00e0 di un rapido rientro potrebbero essere migliorate.<\/p>\n<h2>Flessibilit\u00e0 nel tempo e nel luogo come necessit\u00e0<\/h2>\n<p>Se i ricercatori hanno la loro strada, c'\u00e8 un grande potenziale nell'impiego di persone che tornano al lavoro per contrastare l'imminente carenza di lavoratori qualificati. \"Ma il potenziale esistente \u00e8 lontano dall'essere sfruttato\", dice Evelin Bermudez. Molti dei cosiddetti \"ritornanti\" hanno difficolt\u00e0 a trovare una posizione di rientro adeguata dopo la loro lunga pausa. Secondo l'indagine, i rimpatriati hanno un desiderio particolarmente forte di lavorare part-time e in modo flessibile in termini di posizione. La maggior parte di loro vorrebbe poter lavorare almeno parzialmente in un ufficio a casa. Cos\u00ec, il 38 per cento degli intervistati che stanno cercando di nuovo un lavoro dopo una pausa pi\u00f9 lunga hanno dichiarato che vorrebbero lavorare tra il 60 e l'80 per cento. Circa il 60 per cento degli intervistati che vorrebbero tornare al lavoro dopo una pausa pi\u00f9 lunga sono anche disposti a partecipare a una riunione importante al di fuori dell'orario di lavoro concordato. \"I rimpatriati sono anche spesso ben istruiti, motivati e hanno molti anni di esperienza professionale da prima della loro interruzione\", dice la Prof. Gabrielle Wanzenried, esperta di diversit\u00e0 alla Haute Ecole d'Ing\u00e9nierie et de Gestion del Cantone di Vaud HES-SO.<\/p>\n<h2>Le donne sono particolarmente colpite<\/h2>\n<p>La ragione pi\u00f9 comune per un'interruzione di carriera \u00e8 la cura dei figli, come mostra il sondaggio. Altre ragioni date nel sondaggio sono il trasloco o la cura di membri anziani della famiglia. Le donne sono particolarmente propense a prendersi una pausa di carriera pi\u00f9 lunga.
