I sistemi di trasmissione rispettosi del clima sono pi\u00f9 pesanti dei motori a combustione. E i metodi di costruzione utilizzati per migliorare l'aerodinamica dei camion ecologici possono anche influenzare la lunghezza dei veicoli. Il Consiglio federale ha quindi deciso di aumentare i pesi massimi ammissibili dei veicoli pesanti a zero emissioni e delle combinazioni di veicoli del peso supplementare della tecnologia a zero emissioni (ma al massimo di due tonnellate). Per gli azionamenti alternativi come il gas naturale o liquido, la compensazione del peso aggiuntivo \u00e8 fino a una tonnellata. Inoltre, il Consiglio federale vuole permettere una maggiore lunghezza dei veicoli pesanti per il trasporto merci con cabine di guida ottimizzate dal punto di vista aerodinamico. I veicoli commerciali pesanti possono ora essere dotati di spoiler posteriori retrattili che sporgono oltre la lunghezza massima altrimenti consentita del veicolo nella parte posteriore quando sono ripiegati.<\/p>\n

Con gli aggiustamenti di questi regolamenti di peso e le specifiche sulle lunghezze dei camion a basse emissioni, la Federal Berne vuole facilitare il passaggio a veicoli pi\u00f9 rispettosi del clima - e promuovere la diffusione di queste tecnologie. Entrano in vigore il 1\u00b0 aprile 2022<\/p>\n

Maggiore sicurezza per i ciclisti di e-bike<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Al fine di riconoscere meglio i piloti di e-bike nel traffico, ora devono anche guidare con le luci accese durante il giorno. Inoltre, tutte le biciclette elettriche veloci con pedalata assistita fino a 45 km\/h dovranno essere dotate di un tachimetro per rispettare i limiti di velocit\u00e0, soprattutto nelle zone di 20 e 30 km\/h.<\/p>\n

Secondo le informazioni fornite, queste regole entreranno in vigore a tappe: il 1\u00b0 aprile 2022 quelle sulla guida con le luci, il 1\u00b0 aprile 2024 l'obbligo di essere dotati di un tachimetro. I veicoli gi\u00e0 in circolazione devono essere adattati entro il 1\u00b0 aprile 2027.<\/p>\n

Con gli adeguamenti ora adottati, il Consiglio federale sta attuando la mozione Bourgeois (18.3420 \"Compensazione del peso delle batterie elettriche nei furgoni della categoria 3,5 tonnellate\"). I veicoli a motore con un peso totale superiore a 3500 kg, ma non superiore a 4250 kg, e con non pi\u00f9 di nove posti a sedere, che superano il peso totale ammesso di 3500 kg per i veicoli a motore leggeri solo a causa della trazione senza emissioni (batteria o idrogeno), sono autorizzati a circolare in Svizzera con una patente di categoria B o BE (funzionamento con rimorchio). Il regolamento pu\u00f2 coprire, per esempio, i furgoni o i camion di consegna corrispondenti, i caravan pesanti o i veicoli pesanti con spazio di servizio incorporato (per esempio veicoli di vendita, \"food truck\"). Questi veicoli sono anche esenti dal divieto di guida domenicale e notturna.
