La trasformazione digitale \u00e8 attualmente sulla bocca di tutti. Ma anche altri megatrend come il cambiamento climatico, il cambiamento demografico e sociale o la rapida urbanizzazione richiedono alle aziende di cambiare i loro precedenti processi e modelli di business, a volte radicalmente. Le acquisizioni aziendali o un cambio generazionale nella gestione possono anche essere il fattore scatenante di sconvolgimenti di vasta portata nell'azienda.<\/p>\n<h2>Molte trasformazioni aziendali falliscono<\/h2>\n<p>Studi internazionali riportano che pi\u00f9 del 70% di queste trasformazioni aziendali falliscono. Tuttavia, la misura in cui le aziende in Svizzera sono interessate da tali trasformazioni aziendali e, soprattutto, il loro successo, non \u00e8 sufficientemente noto. Nell'ambito di un sondaggio, alle aziende svizzere viene chiesto di autovalutare quanto sono preparate per tali trasformazioni aziendali, quanto \u00e8 riuscita la trasformazione effettiva e quali competenze critiche di trasformazione possono attingere nel processo.<\/p>\n<h2>Fattori che devono essere soddisfatti<\/h2>\n<p>Tre fattori giocano un ruolo decisivo se il cambiamento aziendale deve avere successo: la prontezza, i prerequisiti organizzativi di base e le capacit\u00e0 dell'organizzazione per la trasformazione. La prontezza \u00e8 determinata dalla capacit\u00e0 e dalla volont\u00e0 degli impiegati e dei dirigenti. I prerequisiti organizzativi vengono creati rendendo l'intero processo di trasformazione del business parte del DNA dell'azienda (dal riconoscimento all'ancoraggio sostenibile dei cambiamenti identificati).
