(Immagine: depositphotos)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Per il Kaufm\u00e4nnischer Verband, per il prossimo anno sono giustificati aumenti salariali di almeno 0,5% in tutti i settori, in alcuni casi anche fino a 1,5%: l'economia svizzera si \u00e8 ampiamente ripresa dallo shock del 2015. Le solide cifre trimestrali di molte aziende svizzere mostrano che le imprese hanno potuto rafforzare nuovamente la loro competitivit\u00e0 grazie alla loro elevata adattabilit\u00e0 e alla flessibilit\u00e0 del mercato del lavoro. Inoltre, l'area dell'euro sta guadagnando slancio, generando un'ulteriore spinta economica in Svizzera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Processi ottimizzati<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I processi di ristrutturazione avviati stanno mostrando i loro effetti: le cifre d'affari si sono riprese, anche grazie all'enorme impegno dei dipendenti. Allo stesso tempo, per\u00f2, molti dipendenti hanno perso il lavoro. Il consumo privato continua ad essere la colonna portante dell'economia svizzera.<\/p>\n<p>I grandi settori sono strutturalmente di nuovo in buona forma: dopo un anno difficile nel 2015, sia il commercio al dettaglio che le industrie MEM hanno toccato il fondo. La situazione si \u00e8 alleggerita e lo shock del franco \u00e8 stato ampiamente ammortizzato. L'industria delle costruzioni continua a prevedere un alto livello di attivit\u00e0 di costruzione, specialmente nelle costruzioni con legno che risparmiano risorse. I settori bancario e assicurativo reggono da bene a molto bene nonostante l'ambiente difficile, e i settori farmaceutico e chimico continuano ad avere un notevole successo. Nelle telecomunicazioni\/informatica, lo sviluppo del software continua a dare risultati molto positivi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Differenziali salariali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si prevede un aumento dei prezzi nel 2017. Dipendenti ben qualificati e motivati hanno portato le aziende attraverso il difficile anno 2015.
