In un nuovo studio, Regus, leader mondiale nella fornitura di soluzioni per spazi di lavoro, mostra che la flessibilit\u00e0 gioca un ruolo cruciale per i lavoratori. Molti di loro rifiuterebbero anche un lavoro che non offre un modello di lavoro flessibile. Pi\u00f9 di un terzo degli intervistati dice che con la possibilit\u00e0 di lavorare in modo flessibile, sarebbero rimasti pi\u00f9 a lungo in un lavoro precedente. Lavoro flessibile<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo studio con circa 40.000 partecipanti in tutto il mondo ha scoperto che il lavoro flessibile offre una gamma sorprendentemente ampia di benefici. La distanza pi\u00f9 breve tra il lavoro e la casa \u00e8 particolarmente importante: quando i dipendenti hanno meno spostamenti e possono invece andare al lavoro a piedi o in bicicletta, si sentono pi\u00f9 riposati e sono pi\u00f9 sani. Forse ancora pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 il fatto che i pendolari pi\u00f9 brevi permettono ai dipendenti di passare pi\u00f9 tempo con la famiglia e gli amici.<\/p>\n

Risultati chiave dello studio:<\/p>\n

- I lavoratori flessibili hanno pi\u00f9 tempo libero, secondo il 73 % degli intervistati, perch\u00e9 possono scegliere il luogo e l'ambito di lavoro;<\/p>\n

- Quattro intervistati su cinque dicono che i lavoratori flessibili possono bilanciare meglio il lavoro e la vita privata;<\/p>\n

- 63 % affermano che i lavoratori flessibili prestano pi\u00f9 attenzione al loro benessere;<\/p>\n

- I proprietari di aziende credono che i lavoratori flessibili siano pi\u00f9 riposati (58 %) e pi\u00f9 sani (67 %) grazie a pendolari pi\u00f9 brevi, e hanno anche pi\u00f9 opportunit\u00e0 di fare esercizio (76 %);<\/p>\n

- Tuttavia, il beneficio pi\u00f9 significativo del lavoro flessibile, secondo gli intervistati, \u00e8 che i lavoratori possono trascorrere pi\u00f9 tempo con la famiglia e gli amici (94 %); quindi, non \u00e8 sorprendente che 98 % sceglierebbero un lavoro con un modello di lavoro flessibile in caso di dubbio;<\/p>\n
