Work longer, decide more freely

Switzerland is aging—and with it, retirement provisions are coming under pressure. Fewer and fewer workers are having to finance more and more pensions. Securing the system is no longer a distant future issue, but one of the most pressing political challenges of the present. Retirement provisions need to be rethought.
