Best Workplaces 2026 awarded: Switzerland celebrates its best employers
On May 21, the best employers in Switzerland were honored in Zurich under the «Great Place to Work» label. A total of 75 organizations received awards in five size categories.
On 21 May 2026, Great Place to Work Switzerland recognized a total of 75 organizations at JED Schlieren as Best Workplaces™ Switzerland 2026 honored. The award ceremony, held under the motto «High Score», focused on trust, cohesion and a strong workplace culture.
The award is based on a survey of 51,038 employees from 303 organizations. A total of 212 companies were certified as a Great Place to Work®; only the best of these made it onto the list of Best Workplaces™. According to Great Place to Work Switzerland, this year saw a record number of participants.
The frontrunners in the Large category included Stryker, NVIDIA and Salesforce, while Hilton, isolutions ag and ServiceNow Switzerland GmbH topped the Medium category. In the smaller categories, CSP AG, insysta GmbH and Luminance Health AG topped the rankings.
The event at JED Schlieren combined an award ceremony, flying dinner and after-party and focused on a playful retro concept with arcade echoes. The musical highlight was provided by ESC participant Veronica Fusaro and her band.
