Bright orchestrates the first Automated Mobility Summit in Zurich
On May 4 and 5, 2026, the Innovation Park Zurich became the venue for a European premiere: the first Automated Mobility Summit (AMS) brought together the elite of autonomous driving. As the lead agency, Zurich-based agency Bright was responsible for the conception and operational implementation of the major event - and also marked the start of its new profile as a «LiveCom Intelligence Agency».

The Automated Mobility Summit was the first event of its kind in Europe to combine the theory and practice of driverless mobility at this level. The program offered a mix of top-class keynotes, political panel discussions and live experiences. The focus was on topics such as the national implementation of automated transportation, technological standards and regulatory frameworks. The live demonstrations were a particular highlight for the international trade visitors: On the grounds of Innovation Park Zurich, autonomous vehicles from manufacturers such as Loxo, Pix Moving and the PostAuto-AmiGo could be experienced in real operation.

Live communication meets intelligence and data
For Bright, the summit was all about «LiveCom Intelligence». The aim was to enhance the physical staging with technological added value. To enhance the guest experience, Bright used a specially configured AI-based event concierge, which was available to participants in real time as a digital assistant for all programmatic and logistical questions. Bright used data-supported analysis tools to monitor the event in order to objectively measure the quality of interaction and the overall impact of the summit.
Bright also saw the event as a content platform. While the organizer Saam operated a podcast studio on site and managed the social media channels, Bright provided the strategic embedding of these formats in the overall concept. The close integration of the event dramaturgy and the client's content channels ensured that the summit's messages were disseminated consistently and with a wide reach.

Top-class network from politics and business
The relevance of the summit was underlined by the presence of key decision-makers. Under the direction of moderator Mélanie Freymond, participants included Hans Wicki, member of the Council of States and President of Saam, Astra Director Jürg Röthlisberger, National Councillor Barbara Schaffner and Emmanuelle Vandamme, President of the Belgian transport authority. The business world was also prominently represented with representatives such as Jürg Wittwer (CEO Tcs), Stefan Regli (CEO PostBus) and Amin Amini (CEO Loxo).

A complete success for the industry
The organizers were very positive about the event. Rémy Chretien, Managing Director of Saam, emphasizes the importance of the event: «The first Automated Mobility Summit was a great success and an important milestone for the industry in Europe. The fact that we were able to present this forward-looking format at such a high professional level is due not least to the excellent partnership and strategic support provided by Bright.»
Christian Studer, CEO of Bright, also draws a positive conclusion: «The successful implementation of AMS 2026 shows that modern live communication today goes far beyond pure organization. It's about the intelligent combination of physical experience, AI and a clear content strategy. The fact that we were able to prove this at such an important European premiere confirms our path as a LiveCom Intelligence Agency.»
