How do public authorities communicate effectively in the digital transformation?
The comm.focus 2026 on October 29, 2026 at the Kongresshaus Zurich is dedicated to the growing challenges of public authority communication. The focus will be on the question of how public institutions can communicate credibly, comprehensibly and effectively in an environment of digital change, increasing pressure of expectations, disinformation and polarization. The event is aimed at communicators in public authorities, specialist managers in administration and public institutions as well as other specialists who shape public communication.
The aim of comm.focus 2026 is to bring together perspectives from research, practice and public debate and gain concrete impetus for everyday professional life, according to the press release.
Top-class speakers at comm.focus 2026
The program will include top-class speakers who will provide inspiration and open up different perspectives on the government communication of tomorrow. «Public authority communication has to do more today than ever before. It should inform, provide orientation and strengthen trust, and this under increasingly complex conditions,» says Daniel Camenisch, communications expert and initiator of comm.focus. The event offers relevant impulses and a framework for exchange and joint thinking.
