Adecco Launches New Brand Identity in Switzerland
With the tagline «Real Work. Real People.,» Adecco Switzerland is launching its new brand identity. The global evolution of the brand focuses on a modernized visual identity and places people and their individual work realities at the center.

Adecco Switzerland is launching its new brand identity, continuing the global evolution of the brand that was first unveiled in March 2026. The brand refresh includes a revamped visual style, a modernized visual identity, and a stronger focus on the realities of life and work for employees and companies.
The New Reality of the Job Market
The new brand identity reflects Adecco’s evolution in an ever-changing world of work and places a stronger focus on people and their individual work experiences. At its core is the global guiding principle, «Real Work. Real People.» The brand thus addresses the reality of a labor market shaped by a shifting skills shortage, technological transformation, and new expectations from both employees and companies.
«The world of work is changing faster than ever before. Companies need flexibility, access to the right skills, and a partner that combines local market knowledge with global expertise. Our company’s roots date back to the 1950s. With this experience behind us and a clear vision for the future, we are now highlighting what Adecco stands for today: a close connection to people and companies, and readiness for the future of work,» says Marcel Keller, Country President of the Adecco Group Switzerland.
Technology as a Support for Human Expertise
With its new brand identity, Adecco is also responding to the rapid technological changes in the world of work, which is increasingly shaped by AI, automation, and new skill requirements. The brand’s evolution is intended to more clearly highlight the connection between innovation and personalized consulting.
Martin Meyer, VP of Adecco Operations Switzerland, explains: «Technology is changing the way people find work and the way companies recruit. At the same time, guidance is becoming more important. Our new brand identity reflects our commitment to supporting both companies and candidates through this transformation with data-driven solutions, labor market expertise, and personalized guidance.»
Global Brand, Local Presence
The new brand identity was developed by the international branding agency Brandpie. The Swiss rollout includes the website, social media presence, and marketing and communication materials, and is being implemented gradually across all touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey—including the visual identity in stores and the vehicle fleet throughout Switzerland. The goal is to create a consistent brand experience across all markets for candidates, employees, and corporate clients.
