The aim is to prepare and follow up meetings more efficiently, speed up decision-making processes and reduce administrative tasks - while at the same time meeting high data protection and compliance requirements.

AI analyzes documents and creates summaries
The integrated artificial intelligence analyzes extensive meeting documents within a few seconds and automatically creates summaries of the most important content. This gives committee members a quicker overview of information relevant to decision-making. In addition, documents can be translated into more than 20 languages - an advantage for international management committees.

An integrated chat function answers questions directly on the basis of the stored meeting documents and transparently refers to the respective sources. Content thus remains comprehensible and verifiable. For follow-up work, the software can automatically create suggestions for follow-up tasks - including responsibilities and deadlines - directly from minutes or resolutions.
Centralized meeting processes and audit-proof archiving
Fabasoft Boards bundles all processes relating to meetings in one place - from invitations and agendas to the approval of minutes and audit-proof archiving. All documents are stored in versions and are available to authorized persons at any time in their current version. Typical problems of analogue or decentralized processes - such as different document versions, unclear access rights or the sending of sensitive information by e-mail - can thus be avoided.
The software supports electronic signatures in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation and ZertES, thus enabling legally valid digital approvals. Video conferencing systems such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex can be integrated directly. Meeting documents can also be accessed offline via tablet or smartphone using the mobile app.
High safety standards and traceable compliance
When using AI, Fabasoft attaches particular importance to data protection and security. The platform works with role-based access rights, end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication and audit-proof archiving. All data is stored in certified data centers in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Fabasoft Boards complies with international standards such as ISO 27001, the BSI C5 certificate and the requirements of the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG). Confidential data is not used for the training or further development of AI models.
