Servicenow and Nvidia build autonomous digital workforce for companies

Servicenow and Nvidia demonstrate their collaboration for autonomous AI specialists in the enterprise environment at GTC 2026. The platforms combine Nvidia's AI infrastructure with Servicenow's workflow management to take AI agents from planning to execution while ensuring full governance.

At Nvidia GTC 2026, the focus will be on the governance of autonomous digital workforces. Joe Davis, Executive Vice President of AI Platform and Product Engineering at Servicenow, emphasizes: «Enterprise-scale success requires platforms that can operationalize, govern and connect AI to real workflows.»

The collaboration between Servicenow and Nvidia aims to combine intelligent workflows with powerful AI models so that trustworthy AI can be used across industries. Kari Briski, Vice President Generative AI Software at Nvidia, explains: «Our collaboration with Servicenow spans the entire AI lifecycle - from training and deployment on Nvidia acceleration infrastructure to governance and operational efficiency.»

Foundation for the digital workforce

At GTC, the partners will demonstrate how the recently launched Servicenow Autonomous Workforce of AI Specialists can utilize the Nvidia Agent Toolkit, including the Nvidia AI-Q blueprint. These long-lived agents complement human teams and utilize Nvidia's accelerated infrastructure and AI frameworks with closed and open models, including Apriel models and Nvidia Nemotron on Nvidia Blackwell AI infrastructure.

While Nvidia operates advanced AI systems, Servicenow provides the enterprise platform on which these capabilities are combined with enterprise context and intelligent workflows. For example, Level 1 Service Desk AI specialists can analyze incoming support tickets, investigate root causes using knowledge and historical data, and execute remediation actions - not just completing individual tasks, but coordinating entire workflows while enforcing governance and operational controls.

From infrastructure to corporate control

Back at Nvidia GTC DC in October, Servicenow and Nvidia announced plans to integrate Servicenow intelligent workflows with the Nvidia Enterprise AI Factory. At GTC 2026, a preview of the new integration between the Nvidia Enterprise AI Factory - a fully validated design for organizations to build and deploy their on-premise AI factories - and the Servicenow AI Control Tower, where models, agents and prompts from any system are controlled, monitored and aligned with corporate policies, will be presented.

Nvidia's Enterprise AI Factory provides a validated design for purpose-built environments to train and deploy AI workloads at scale. But as these environments expand across on-premise, sovereign and hybrid deployments, organizations face a new challenge: controlling AI within operational and regulatory boundaries. The Servicenow AI Control Tower enables this oversight and extends observability and governance to any enterprise AI environment.

Benchmarks for voice and multimodal AI

The collaboration also advances how AI is evaluated and deployed as human interactions with the technology expand to text, voice and multimodal workflows. Together, Servicenow and Nvidia are initiating an enterprise-focused benchmarking framework for voice and multimodal AI that leverages Nvidia Nemotron Speech open-source models natively embedded in the Servicenow AutoEval suite.

Unlike traditional academic benchmarks or vendor-specific scorecards, this framework is designed to simulate enterprise conditions - including conversational reasoning with voice agents such as multi-step employee requests or areas such as document intelligence and workflow execution under real-world policy constraints. This establishes transparent, reproducible and business-relevant evaluation standards that organizations can use for model selection, pre-deployment validation and ongoing governance.

Outlook for Knowledge 2026

The GTC marks the next chapter in the ongoing collaboration between Servicenow and Nvidia. At the Servicenow Knowledge 2026 conference in May, the partners will provide deeper insights into the integration of AI Control Tower and AI Factory, including advanced use cases and go-to-market strategies to help organizations build, manage and scale AI with confidence.

Joe Davis summarizes: «AI may transform software, but at enterprise scale it requires cross-system orchestration, operational controls and accountability. The next phase of innovation is not just to deliver AI, but to break down silos and manage AI together.»
